Account Deletion

To delete your Claakit account and all associated data, please use the Claakit mobile app. Account deletion cannot be performed from this website.

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Open the Claakit app on your device.
2. Go to My Space (bottom navigation).
3. Tap Settings.
4. Scroll down to the Delete Account section.
5. Tap Delete Account and confirm when prompted.

What Happens After You Request Deletion

Your account is scheduled for deletion with a 30-day grace period. During this time:

• Your account remains accessible.
• You can cancel the deletion at any time by going to Settings and tapping "Cancel deletion".
• If you do not cancel, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted after 30 days.

After Permanent Deletion

Once the 30-day period has passed, the following data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered:

• Your profile and account information
• Your projects, reels, and AI-generated content
• Your payment and transaction history
• Your followers, following, and social connections
• All other data associated with your account
